Standing 1,140 tall, Tower 3, a.k.a. 175 Greenwich Street, will be the third tallest building on the WTC site and will be situated at the center of the various buildings around the memorial.
The 71-story building will include 2.47 million square feet of available office space spread across 54 floors and five trading floors. The footprint of the building actually increases on the higher floors, starting at 50,000 square feet at ground floor level and widening to 65,300 at its widest at the trading floor level.
Tower 3 will seek to achieve a LEED Gold rating.
