The rebuilt 52-story, 1.7-million-square-foot office tower at 7 WTC is located at 250 Greenwich. The 741-foot-tall structure contains 42 column-free tenant floors. The building’s operational facilities and a Con Ed substation occupy the lower 10 floors.
The building has already received LEED Gold status for its core and shell development, making it the first green commercial office building in New York City.
